AI and calls

What the assistant does, what it does not, and how calls are recorded.

In short

A reading action runs at once, a writing one is a proposal a person approves.
The AI says it is AI.

1. The assistant in the app

The assistant reads what the user is entitled to. Three layers decide what it may do – the superadmin, the person and the conversation – and a no always wins.

2. Calls

The AI assistant only calls someone who asked for a call. It says at the start that it is AI and that the call is recorded, and you can ask for a person.

3. Models and data

We do not use our customers' data to train general AI models.

4. Mistakes

AI can make mistakes. That is why an automation starts as a dry run and only goes out after approval.
