• name, email, phone number, company and role
• form answers and calculator figures if you send them
• the recording and transcript of a call you asked for
• campaign identifiers (utm), language and the page the form was sent from

• responding to contact and preparing an offer – pre-contractual steps
• managing the customer relationship – contract
• developing the service and security – legitimate interest
• accounting – legal obligation

5. Calls and messages

When you ask for a call, the AI assistant calls and says at the start that it is AI and that the call is recorded. You can ask for a person. We only send related messages, and you can opt out at any time.

6. Recipients

Data is processed on our behalf by cloud, voice, messaging, calendar and AI service providers under agreements. The list is available on request. Transfers outside the EU use safeguards under the GDPR.

7. Retention

• call recording 90 days, transcript 12 months
• leads and contacts 24 months from the last contact
• customer relationship data for the agreement and 24 months after
• accounting 6 years

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing: ai.krisnanegara@gmail.com. You can complain to the data protection authority.
