Terms of Service
What the service includes, who is responsible for what, prices and termination.
- FlowLife Ops is a process platform and a service: we build and maintain your processes within the agreed scope.
- The content and data are yours, and you can take them out after the agreement too.
- The initial period is three months, then month by month.
1. Parties
The service is provided by Billion Euro Enterprises Oy (3259035-9), Helsinki. These terms apply to business customers who order FlowLife Ops by quote, agreement or through the website.
2. The service
Depending on the chosen package, the service includes:
- access to the platform: workflows, forms, pages, demos and video, reports, the assistant and automations, and the calendar layer
- mapping, building and testing processes within the agreed scope
- upkeep and reviews according to the package
3. Your responsibilities
You name a contact person, provide the information needed and are responsible for the content stored in the processes being lawful. The go-live guarantee requires the contact person to be available as agreed.
4. AI
The assistant and AI features can make mistakes. A writing action is a proposal a person approves, and an automation only goes out after approval. More: AI and calls.
5. Prices and invoicing
The setup fee is invoiced on signing and the monthly fee monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT. Add-ons are invoiced as delivered.
6. Term and termination
The initial period is three months. After that the agreement continues month by month and ends with one month's notice. We may suspend the service if a payment is more than 30 days late or use breaches the acceptable use policy.
7. Content and rights
The processes, guides, demos and data are yours. The platform, its code and general templates are ours. You can export your content during the agreement and for 60 days after it.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
We keep your information confidential. Processing personal data on your behalf is governed by the data processing terms.
9. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability. Maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support runs on weekdays; priority support according to the package.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to direct damages and at most the fees paid in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit.
11. Changes
We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance.
12. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies. Disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.
