AI with boundaries: why a proposal beats an automatic action
The value of AI is not that it does everything alone, but that you can trust what it does. Trust is a structure.

An AI assistant can read, write, build and send. The question is not whether it can – but who decides what it does in your name.
Three layers, and a no always wins
The superadmin decides what the assistant may do across the company. The person decides what it may do on their behalf. The conversation can narrow it further. If any layer says no, the answer is no.
A reading action runs at once. A writing one is always a proposal a person approves – and an automation starts as a dry run.
Why this is faster, not slower
An approval takes a second. A wrongly sent message, deleted data or a faulty contract takes days. When the boundaries are built in, you can give the AI more work, not less.
