Onboarding where nobody explains the same thing twice
Every new hire asks the same questions. When the answers are demos and runs, onboarding moves from people to the machine.

Onboarding is usually the most experienced person's time. They explain, show and check – and do the same with the next hire a month later. The knowledge moves, but always through the same person.
Watch, do, sign off
When every process has a demo or a video, the new hire watches it and does the first run alone. Required data makes sure nothing is left out, and the experienced person only signs off.
The demos are made from the same work: the guide recorder turns screen captures into a guide, and the guide becomes a demo with a narrator's voice.
What it means for growth
When onboarding no longer takes weeks of an experienced person's time, a new hire does not slow the team down. Growth no longer means the best people teach instead of doing.
